Pastel Flowers Halo

Hi everyone!

Making flowers is always an exciting time for me. I love the feeling when I hold the foamiran sheets in my hands and after a few minutes, I am fully immersed in the magical world of the colours.

Also, I like the fact that that these beautiful blossoms will embellish some scrapbook project or will be implemented in some charming hair accessory.

I am here today to show you my last flower creations.

Despite the Autumn colours outside my flowers are in pastel colour palette with sparkly finishing touches which make them more closely to the Christmas theme that to the upcoming Halloween one.

Thank you for stopping by again.
Have a wonderful week.

My Artistic Flowers

Hi everyone!

A new week started and my new flowers are ready to be exposed.
They were made out of white foamiran, textured with mould and coloured with oil pastels Mungyo.
This vintage effect was gain by colouring the edges of the petals with brown oil pastel.
For the centres, I have used beautiful a Filagree Round Pearl Vintage Finding which you can find in the shop.

I really hope that you like my new artistic flowers.
Thank you for stopping by.
Happy crafty week.

Frosted Poppies

Hi dear friends!

I am here again and as I promised you last time today I will show you my second creation made with the Lady E Poppy die set.
It is again a bunch of flowers this time much closer to the real poppy flowers. I still have not made a decision about what I will use them for so any suggestions are welcome.

To make them I have used three colours of foamiran, Poppy Red, Tangerine and Tomato and Lime green for the leaves.

Along with the foamiran in the Crftezee shop, you can find and the centres I have used for my flowers. Please, look at the list with the items used at the bottom of the post.

I hope you like my frosted poppies.
Wish you a lovely crafty week.

Pink and Purple flowers

Hello dear friends!

Here are my new flowers made with a Lady E cutting die set "Flower Poppy".
I know that my flowers do not look like poppies but my aim was to make something different and to show you that there are so many opportunities using one die set.

My next posts will be dedicated to this die set and will show you my type of poppies made with it.

I have prepared those flowers for a project in a pink and purple colour palette. The card you can see very soon in my facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/ElenaKD.handmade/

Wedding flowers

Hi dear crafty fellows!

I have been tasked with creating some wedding flowers that are going to turn into a stunning wedding hair accessory.
As you can see I have used just a sheet of white foamiran and some simple tools :-).

There are some photos of the process of creation and the final result.

Am I right if I say, to create something stunning out of a flat sheet of foamiran you need just your imagination?

Thank you so much for stopping by!
have a wonderful crafty week.

Quick flowers

Hello friends!

Elena is here.
Today I would like to show you my really quick flowers that can be made literally for a few minutes.

So no excuses any more for that making foamiran flowers takes lots of time :-)

To make them you just need to have a four or five petal flower die.

Cut out two foamiran flowers from your favourite colours.

Heat them for 1-2 sec into the hot iron surface.

Stick the petals overlapping and glue some beautiful bead or button as a centre. This is all that you need to do. It is easy and quick.

After a few minutes, you will have a bunch of easy but glamorous flowers ready to embellish your new scrapbook project.

Thank you for stopping by!
Have a wonderful week.

Baby pink flowers

Hello dear friends!

Elena is here!

I'm coming today with a new portion of easy made flowers.
To make them you do not need to use even an iron.

Let me show you, my little pink babies.

As you can see to create them I've cut out two layers of foamiran mini blossoms using Lady E tiny flowers cutting die set.

You can fold each petal with your fingers to gain that shape if you want but it is not necessary.

Stuck the layers overlapping and glued a single mini pearl in the centre.

Your flowers are ready. You can use them to decorate some cute baby projects :-)

Thank you for visiting!
Have a wonderful crafty week.
