Clematis flower

Hello Crafteezee friends! 

Today it's my turn to show you something made by me for someone very special so here is my latest foamiran flower.

My mum loves clematis flowers. She's been gardening for such a very long time and she always says that flowers make her world beautiful.

Happy Birthday, MUM! I love you! 

  In her garden, there are a few different species of clematis plants and she treats them if they were her babies.

My aim was to make a flower as close to the real thing as possible, so I chose to work with Silk Suite foamiran because it is very pliable, it can be much thinner (after special processing) and it is easily shaped.

Winter roses

Good morning everyone!

Do you like winter? I'm not a big fan of freezing cold weather but Christmas preparations and celebrations make me definitely feel festive and happy! Yellow Rose Spray

Hello everyone!

It's my turn today to inspire you with a new foamiran creation!

I'm always excited to be exploring a variety of techniques and material so this is the result of my last play with yellow foamiran. It seemed rather appropriate for my idea.

To tint the petals ( you know myself, I can't leave this out :-) I used orange oil pastel.

As you can see I added a few eucalyptus leaves made out of Silk Suit foam and some berries - a perfect finishing touch for my composition.

At the end I would like to say that, Eulanda Silvey, this is my virtual present to you! For all your great job and support, Thank You for the bottom of my heart!

Christmas Decorations

Hello my dear friends! 

I wanted to escape for a moment from all this colorful and obsessing foamiran making habit and to sink in something different, forthcoming and feeling in the air so I grabbed all my jars with glitter, gesso, artificial snow, mini art stones, glossy powder, lots of white acrylic paint and some beautiful chipboard ornaments. Further, I rubbed out the dust out from old boxes, full with sparkly bits of Christmas spirit, rolled up my sleeves and had a go....

Transforming my craft room into a Christmas winter wonderland by crafting festive decorations is always such a pleasure for me. It is so much more impressive to give a piece of original craftwork, rather than shop-bought glitz, to family and friends so don't wait! Do it!

Treasure box

 Hello my dear friends!

I'd like to show you my new project. I made this mixed media box with a foamiran flower arrangement just for fun :-).

It's such a good feeling to play with different techniques and materials and at the end to see how something beautiful comes out of your hands!

To colour the box I've used PENTART acrylic paints: soft white, peach and some antiquing rust paint.

                 For the flowers I've used regular white foamiran 0.6 mm and MUNGYO oil pastels.

Summer flower arrangement

Hello!

Today I'd like to show you my last foamiran flower arrangement.

The last couple of arrangements which I've made are in those bright colours, probably because the summer in my home country is too hot this year and sunshine is so bright. 

These flowers were made out of white regular foamiran. I've used 3 layers cut out from circles (2 x 6.6 cm; 1 x 7.5 cm)  for each flower. Every layer has 5 petals. To look luxury I've put stamens and crystal beads in the middle. 

                For colouring I've used oil pastels of Gallery MUNGYO numbers: 209, 210 and 241
